Flow & Restore: An Autumn Retreat

with Isabel Groves

Friday October 17th - Sunday October 19th

The Quaives retreat centre, Kent, UK

Take time to slow down and connect with nature in our Autumn retreat at The Quaives, a magical retreat centre in Kent.

As the vibrant colours of Autumn surround us, it is the perfect time to slow down, reflect and reconnect with our source.

Join us for Flow & Restore, where nature’s rhythm invites you to embrace the changing seasons and discover deep inner peace.

This retreat is a sanctuary: a place to unwind and recharge.

Nestled in the serene countryside, surrounded by rich hues of fall, you will have the opportunity to connect with the natural world while nourishing your body, mind and spirit. Isabel will guide you through a dynamic, invigorating vinyasa practice in the mornings, while the afternoons will be for a more restorative session (Yin yoga).

A carefully crafted schedule invites you to release stress.

Recharge energies and embrace a deeper sense of balance. With each breath, let go of the clutter in your mind and ground into the present moment. Together with some lovely, like-minded people, we will tap into the healing energy of nature and allow ourselves to bloom anew.

Spaces are limited and all levels are welcome, so don’t miss this opportunity to unplug, recharge and reconnect. I can’t wait to welcome you…

 Your Host

Isabel has been teaching yoga for 14 years and has been a practitioner for more than 25 years, many of which dedicated to the Ashtanga Vinyasa System. Her passion for teaching goes beyond postural practice (asana), as she will invite you into subtler levels. Expect glimpses into yogic philosophy (drawn from classic yogic text “The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali”), pranayama (breath work), bandhas (energy locks), dhristi (one-pointed gaze). All taught in a serious yet fun, light-hearted way. The morning practices will be invigorating (vinyasa) followed by pranayama and meditation. In the afternoon, expect a more restorative session (Yin yoga), and a full experience gong bath on Saturday evening.
