To secure your place, we ask for a non-refundable deposit.
Early Bird 10% discount applies when you pay your remainder (balance after the deposit) before or on May 31st 2025.
After May 31st, the full price applies. Remainder/balance should be fully paid until September 5th 2025.Please ensure you read the Booking, Cancellation and & Refunds Policy below before purchasing your deposit/s.
Once you’ve made your booking, we will send you an email to confirm your accommodation request and send you final placement information.
A deposit should be purchased for each individual attending.

If you need to cancel
Up to 90 days prior to retreat start date: full refund minus deposit
Between 60-90 days before retreat start date: 50% refund minus deposit
60 days or less before retreat start date: No refunds.
PLEASE NOTE: the deposit of £250 per person is non-refundable
Appropriate insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans.
